HIGGINS, James - Putnam

James Higgins, age 84, years, passed away at the Putnam Co., hospital Wednesday morning, where he had been a patient for some time. Mr. Higgins was well known in this community where he had spent most all his life. He made his home with Mrs. Mary Fogle on Greencastle, R.2. He is survived y one daughter; and other relatives. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:00 PM from the Rector Funeral Home. Interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home. (James was the widow of Lilly Laura McCloud Higgins, who died 14 Sept 1937, she is buried at Roachdale Cemetery.)   ---Submitted by Marilyn Walker
