IRA OREN HENRY IS PNEUMONIA VICTIM ON SUNDAY EVENING
Funeral Services for Well Known Farmer Will Be Held on Tuesday.
Ira Oren Henry, 59, died at his home four and one-half miles east of the city Sunday evening at 6:30 o’clock after an illness of about a weeKnights of Pythiasneumonia.
Deceased was an industrious and successful farmer. He was the son of William and Mary Henry and was born Dec. 31, 1868. On Nov. 22, 1896, he was married to Lavina E. Kennedy. He was a member of the Darlington Christian Church and of the I. O. O. F. lodge.
Surviving are the widow, a son, Ray, at home; a grandson; two brothers, Sloan Henry, of Denver, Colo., and William Henry of Linden; and one sister, Mrs. Ed Eshelman, of Birmingham, Ala.
Funeral services will be held from the home Tuesday afternoon at 2o’clock in charge of Rev. John Servies.
