HEINY, Homer Ray

Homer Ray Heiny, a former resident of Terre Haute died Friday morning at the residence in Orlando, Fla. Surviving are the widow, Carsa Heiny; one son, Donald L. Heiny of Terre Haute; one daughter, Charlotte Sisson of Terre Haute; two sisters and four grandchildren.  Mr. Heiny was a member of Social Lodge No 26, F&AM of Terre Haute.  - kbz

Dates: 24 Nov 1882 in Greencastle, Indiana
Died: Pine Castle, Orange County, Florida 20 Nov 1942 (this was an early cremation.

Mr. Heiny was a 12-year-resident of the Oak Island area of Pine Castle, FL where he died there of cardio renal disease with an old spinal injury as contributory.  His wife was Carsa.  His parents were Solomon B. Heiny of Wayne County IN and Anna Berg of IN.  Mr. Heiny was cremated.
