Mrs. Marguerite Galey Hazlett, 42, died at her home in Green Township on Saturday morning. She was the daughter of James and Julia Galey. She married Mr. Hazlett in 1929. He survives with 4 children: James; Joe; Julia and Jane. There is one brother, Floyd Hazlett of Fairmount and Mrs. Fred Spruhan of Detroit who were here for the funeral.

Funeral services at the home on Monday afternoon were in charge of Rev. RL Hartling. Burial in the Seceder cemetery. She was graduated form the Russellville High School and was a member of Browns Valley Christian Church. - kbz

Mrs. Marguerite Hazlett 42 years old, a graduate of the Russellville schools in 1915 but a native of Montgomery County died Saturday at her home in Greene Township, Parke County. She was a daughter of James and Julia Galey. She is survived by her husband and four children. The funeral services were conducted at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon by the Rev. RL Hartling. Burial was in the Seceder cemetery near Portland Mills.
