HAZLETT, John Ernest - Putnam

RUSSELLVILLE -- John Ernest Hazlett, 78, Russellville, died today in Golden Manor Nursing Home at Ladoga. He was a long-time farmer in the Russellville area. Mr. Hazlett was a member of the Masonic Lodge. Survivors are his wife, Bea; two brothers, Dewey of Waveland and Victor of Russellville; a sister Mrs. Mary Davidson of Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in McGaughey & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Leo Thompson officiating. Masonic rites will be held at 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in the Portland Mills Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Thursday.   ---waw
