Born in Tremble County, Kentucky April 4th, 1824; married to RM Hazelett Jan 1, 1863; died on Tuesday April 13, 1880 at 3:30 o’clock p.m. after a protracted affliction of three years; aged 56 yerars and 9 days. – kbz
