The remains of Mrs. Hazelett arrived at Portland Mills her former home a few days ago from Texas where she died recently at the home of her son, John Hazelett, from the effects of a tarantula’s bite – Greencastle Star Press – she was the wife of Joseph William Hazlett who had passed earlier in the year (17 March 1902) – besides John Wistler Hazlett, there were 7 other children living: Grizella; Joseph William; Samuel Collin; Victor C; George E; James Wilford and Zella – total of 11 children total for this couple.
