Thelma Hayes Wood Hawkins, 80, Indianapolis died Wednesday.  Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Miller Memorial Chapel, Brazil, with calling from 4-9 p.m. today. She had been a private-duty nurse 10 years before retiring. She was a member of Abundant Life Memorial Church in Indianapolis. She was the widow of Eli Glen Wood.  Survivors: husband, John Hawkins; daughter, Rosemary Burns; son, Loren D. Wood, brothers Wilmer Loren D. Wood; brothers; Wilmer and Forest Hayes; sisters, Edna Cornwell, Inez Robinson, Laveda Krider, Ann Marlow, Evelyn Hayes, Carol Tyler and Myrna Mercer; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. - kbz
