HASH, Hazel Buis Burgess - Putnam

Services for Mrs. James (Hazel Burgess) Hash, 87, Indianapolis, formerly of Coatesville will be tomorrow at 11:30 a.m. in G.H. Herrman Madison Avenue Mortuary, where friends may call until 9 tonight and tomorrow from 9 a.m. until services.  She died Saturday at the Franklin home of her daughter, Monice Peterson.  Mrs. Hash was a receptionist at Methodist Hospital 13 years, retiring in 1962 and a member of Greenwood Christian Church.  She was the widow of James Hash and Glen Burgess. Other survivors: daughter Margaret Hendricks; son Marion Burgess; sister Helen Hammond; brother Berl Buis. - kbz
