Arkansas City, Kan. – Funeral for Paul S. Hartley, 65, who died Thursday night in an Arkansas City Hospital was here Saturday. A native of Indiana, he had resided in Arkansas City since 1914 and was a retired employee of the Santa Fe Railroad. He is survived by his wife, Omega, a daughter and two sisters, including Mrs. Tassel Boyles, Arkansas City. - kbz
