HARSHBARGER, Marra Riter - Putnam

Russellville, Dec 10 - Mrs. Marra RITER HARSHBARGER died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Benjamin Brown, Sunday evening at 5 o'clock from paralysis and complications. The death terminated an extended illness. Mrs. Harshbarger was born July 7, 1839 in Madison County, near Anderson, but went to Crawfordsville when she was a small girl, where she lived until last October 22, when she came here to live with her daughter. She was married to James Harshbarger in 1856 and to this union were born 9 children. She is survived by 3: Mrs. FF BIBLE of Waynetown; Mrs. Benjamin L. Brown of this place and Issa Harshbarger living near Crawfordsville. She was well known over this county.
