Andrew B. Hanna, prominent Greencastle retired business man and well known all over the county, died at the Putnam County Hospital Friday morning of last week following an illness of two weeks following a heart attack. Mr. Hanna was an early Greencastle Business man and had been retired many years. He was related to Mrs. Charles Logan and Charles Hanna of this place, and William Hanna of near here and Mrs. George Wending of North Salem. - thanks to Marilyn Walker for these RT obituaries

Greencastle March 25 – funeral
services will be held here at 1:30 p.m. Sunday for Andrew B. Hanna, age 73,
retired Greencastle financial and business leader who died in Putnam County
Hospital following a brief heart ailment. Mr. Hanna had extensive holdings in
the city as well as vast farming and real estate interests. He was graduated
from DePauw, where he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta. He also was a member of
the Knights of Pythias, the Woodmen, Elks, Odd Fellows and a 32nd
degree Mason. He was a member of the
Presbyterian Church and active in the Republican party. Rites will be conducted
at the Masonic Temple, with members of the lodge in charge. The Rev. Victor
