Aden B. Hanks, 81, died Tuesday at the hospital. He was born July 22, 1877 in Monroe Twp, the son of Alvin and Ella Shoemaker Hanks. Survivors are a son Fred of Greencastle; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 3 sisters, Mrs. Pearl McIntyre of Terre Haute, Mrs. Paul Heaney of Greencastle and Mrs. Eva Duncan of Fillmore. His wife, Ella Hale Hanks preceded him in 1945.
