HALL, Lawrence - Putnam

Yreka – Lawrence Hall, 79, died Thursday in Siskiyou General Hospital. No funeral services will be conducted at his request.  Following cremation, interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery.  He was born Sept 25, 1895 in (Putnam County) Indiana. Hall came to the Humbug district in 1919 to mine for several years. After an 8-year stay in Bakersfield, he return to Klamath River to live with his daughter in 1963.  In addition to his daughter Mrs. Fran Chadwick of Klamath River, he leaves two sons, Darren of Yreka and Larry Lee of Abilene, Texas; a sister, Mrs. Elsie O’Banion of Anderson, Ind; a brother, Cecil of Phoenix, Ariz; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Arrangements were made by the Girdner Funeral Chapel. - kbz
