GRIMES, Charley
Source: Crawfordsville Weekly Review 3 Nov 1893 p1
Charley Grimes, a young married man employed at the saw mill of the Indiana Lumber Company, met with a painful accident Wednesday. He was working at the edger saw and in some way his right hand was caught and the four fingers cut off at the palm. He was taken hurriedly to Taylor & Gott's Office where the lacerated member was dressed. He suffered terribly and his cries could he heard for some distance during the painful operation. His wife and mother reside in Russellville.
Sorry, I do not know if this was an accident or if he passed from it
