GRAF, Frances Foster - Putnam

Mrs. Frances Foster Graf, age 85 years, passed away early this morning after an extended illness. She was born August 31, 1863 in Detroit, Mich, the daughter of Dennis W. and Jane Reed Foster.  Mrs. Graf moved to Greencastle in 1938 from LaPorte to make her home with her daughter, Mrs. Edward J. Zahner. She is survived by the daughter, Mrs. Zahner, one granddaughter, Mrs. James G. Hughes, two great grandchildren all of Greencastle and one sister, Mrs. Katherine Bucklin of Pasadena, Calif. Her husband and two sons preceded her in death.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9 o’clock from the St. Paul’s Catholic Church in charge of Father Francis Kull.  Burial will be in Forest Hill Abbey. Rosary service will be held at 8 o’clock this evening at Rector Funeral Home where friends may call. – kbz
