Administrator’s Sale of Land – Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Administrator, De Bonis Non, of the estate of Mary D. Gilbreck, late of Clay County, Indiana, deceased will, as such Administrator, offer for sale at public auction, at the Court House door in the town of Greencastle, in the county of Putnam in the State of Indiana On the 20th day of January 1865 at 1 o’clock p.m. the following property in said county of Putnam to wit: The north half of Lot # 32, in the eastern enlargement of the town of Greencastle. Terms of Sale – for 1/3 of the purchase money cash in hand, the balance in two equal payments of six and 12 months respectively – the purchaser giving notes and approved free-hold security for the deferred payments bearing interests from date, and waiving relief from valuation laws, all in pursuance of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Clay County, Indiana made at the November term thereof for the year 1864.  A certificate of purchase will be executed to the purchaser, entitling him to a deed therefore on confirmation of said sale by said court.
