FRITSCHE, Walter - Putnam

Dr. RJ Gillespie, coroner of Putnam County will hold an inquest next week at which the interurban wreck last Wednesday in which Motorman Fritsche was killed will be investigated. The report of the wreck on the interurban published Thursday in The Herald stated the Rupert Bartley, agent for the traction company here had first received the news of the wreck and summoned physicians. Dispatcher Hoffner was the man who received the news of the disaster and it was he who summoned the physicians and arranged for a special car to take them to the wreck. - kz
