FOX, Elizabeth - Putnam

Death came to Mrs. Elizabeth Fox, wife of Henry Fox at her home, 309 west Poplar street at 8:30 Monday morning after a brief illness of one week of pneumonia. Mrs. Fox was 68 years of age and had been a resident of Greencastle for the past 16 years, coming here from Mt. Meridian. She is survived by the husband and a daughter, Mrs. William Akers of Oglesville, Ill.  Both the husband and daughter were with Mrs. Fox when she died. A brother, Alfred Elmore, Mt. Meridian also survives. Mrs. Fox was a member of the Methodist Church of this city having brought her membership here form Mr. Meridian. Funeral services will be announced later. – kbz
