Floyd (Wink) Fowler, 64, died Wednesday evening at the Indiana University Medical Center.
Born July 13, 1908 in Parke County, he was the son of Benjamin and Ora Lawter Fowler.
He married Hallie Harbison October 31, 1931.
A farmer all his life, Fowler was a member of the Beech Grove United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife; one son, Claude; two daughters, Mrs. Joann Wilson and Mrs. Joe (Sharon) Edwards; one daughter-in-law, Carolyn; one son-in-law, Joe Edwards; five sisters, Mrs. Inez Cofer, Mrs. Carrie Carmichael, Mrs. Grace Nelson, all of Greencastle; Mrs. Betty Copeland, Indianapolis; and Mrs. Flossie Wells, Plainfield; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 2 p. m. at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home. Friends may call after 1 p. m. Friday.
