EX-VEEDERS MAN DIES IN LAFAYETTE
Lafayette, April 29 – Roy Fishero, 56, 1204 Brown street, died at the family home early Wednesday.
He was born in Veedersburg and married Della Misner, Dec. 2, 1916 at Crawfordsville. He had been a plumber for the past 30 years.
He was a member of the Evangelical U. B. church at Veedersburg and a member of the local Plumbers union, No. 240.
Surviving besides the widow are a daughter, Mrs. Glen Spencer, at home, his mother, Mrs. Tena Searing of Escondido, Calif; two half-sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Johns and Mrs. Esther Wagor, both of Escondido; four half-brothers,Charles andHerbert Searing of Escondido and Fred and Lawrence of Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock (CST) from the Hippensteel funeral home in Lafayette with Rev. Glen Rosselot in charge. Burial will be in Rest Haven cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon.
