ELMORE, Henry - Putnam

Funeral services for Henry Elmore, age 56 years of Fillmore were held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the Baptist Church at Coatesville with interment in the Coatesville cemetery.  Mr. Elmore died Saturday afternoon at 5 o’clock at the home of his mother-in-law at Coatesville after an illness of several months. Last February he underwent a major operation in the Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He formerly was a blacksmith of Fillmore. The deceased was a brother of Urban Elmore, local street commissioner. Besides his brother he is survived by four children, a sister and three half brothers and a half sister. – kbz
