ELLIOTT, Newton E. - Putnam

Newton E. Elliott, 76, will be cremated after rites at 4 p.m. tomorrow in Flanner & Buchanan Fall Creek Mortuary. He died Saturday night in his home, 1944 N. Pennsylvania. Born in Putnam County, Mr. Elliott had lived in Indianapolis 52 years and practiced law 50 years before retiring in 1959. He attended the Church of Christ, Scientists.
