EDWARDS, Robert Franklin - Putnam

Robert Franklin Edwards, 82, died at his home here Friday morning, November 23, 1934. Born in Putnam Co. June 17, 1853, the son of Glasow and Nancy Lafollette Edwards. He married October 5, 1878 to Mary Belle Thompson. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Leo Faller; a Sister, Mrs. Nan Smith and a Brother John all of this place. Mr. Edward's wife died January 16, 1919. Funeral services were held at Chastain funeral home Sunday afternoon, with burial in Roachdale cemetery.   --- thanks so very much to Marilyn Walker
