Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, administrator of the estate of John Eakins, deceased, will on or after Saturday the 3rd day of August AD 1861, proceed to sell at private sale the real estate of said decedent in pursuance of the order of the Putnam Court of Common Pleas; that the same will be sold for not less than its appraised value for ¼ the purchase money cash in hand and the residue in three equal installments at six, nine and twelve months, the purchaser executing his promissory notes with good security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws for such residue.
