Died on Saturday evening at 5 o’clock, David Dunkin of prostration from heat, fever and old age. Mr. Dunkin was one of the old settlers near Quincy and lived there many years. At one time he was considered one of the wealthiest men in his neighborhood, but owing to misfortunes of different kinds he lost most all. He was married three times. He leaves one child by his last wife. His remains were taken to Quincy Sunday and interred in the Dunkin cemetery. Aged 76 years. - kbz
