Died in Floyd Township on March 29, 1892, of rheumatic fever, Peter K. Duncan, aged 72 years. The funeral took place on Wednesday burial at Fillmore cemetery. - =kbz

Peter K. Duncan, a notice of whose death appeared in this paper last week was born in Henry County, Kentucky Sept 19, 1819. He died of Bright’s disease on March 22, 1892 on the farm in Floyd Township where he located Oct 24, 1850. He married Miss Nancy Woods in Kentucky on Nov 3, 1844. His wife and three sons are left to mourn their irreparable loss. Mr. Duncan was upright, honorable and industrious, a true gentleman in all the relations of life. His family return sincere thanks to the friends who assisted them so faithfully in their deep affliction.  JHR
