DORAN, John - Putnam

Last rites for John A. Doran age 73 of Quincy RE1 were held Monday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Whitaker Funeral Home in Cloverdale Bro. Rusell Livingston was in charge.  Burial was in the Mannan? cemetery.  Mr. Doran passed away Saturday morning at the Putnam County Hospital following a serious illness of two days. He was born March 24, 1885 in Pennsylvania. He was employed as a coal miner and formerly resided in Indianapolis. Survivors are two sons, Dennis, Quincy R 1 and John, Clinton; three daughters, Rachel Grimes of Illinois; Florence Warrick of Oklahoma; Mildred Myers of Terre Haute; 17 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. - kbz
