DARNELL, Milton T. - Putnam

Greencastle, April 8 -- Milton T. DARNELL, a pioneer hardware merchant of Putnam Co and manager of two Greencastle stores for 11 years of his life, died suddenly at his home on S. Jackson Street about one o'clock this morning, following a sudden attack of acute indigestion. Mr. Darnell apparently was in his usual good health Friday and his death came as a distinct shock to his many friends and business associates throughout the county. He was 63 years of age.
