CRODIAN, Frances Goddard - Putnam

Mrs. Frances Goddard Crodian, 63, passed away at the Putnam County Hospital Friday morning. She was married to Claude Crodian of Fincastle, April 26, 1924. TO this union was born three children, Mrs. Gail Steele; Mrs. Mary Frances Hurst and Hubert Wayne Crodian, all of Greencastle, RR1. She is also survived by a daughter-in-law and two sons-in-law, 10 grandchildren, one sister-in-law, Stella Crodian of Greencastle and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude in 1961. Mrs. Crodian was a former school teacher of Morton, Clinton Falls and Sutherlin School near Roachdale.  She spent most of her life in the Clinton Falls community. She was a member of Somerset Christian Church. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home in Greencastle. Interment will be in Clinton Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:00 p.m. this evening.
