CRODIAN, Claude (Santy) - Putnam

Claude (Santy) Crodian, 78, passed away Tuesday morning at 8:30 at his home in Clinton Township.  He was born in Russell Township Jan 7, 1883 the son of Henry and Mary Jane Burkett Crodian. He has been a resident of Clinton Township for the past 25 years. Survivors are: the wife, Frances; two daughters, Mrs. Edgar Steele and Mrs. Larry Hurst; one son, Hubert Crodian, all of Greencastle, Rt 1; 8 grandchildren and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Willis and Roscoe in infancy. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:30 p.m. from the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home, Rev. Oscar Trousdale will officiate. Interment will be in Clinton Falls cemetery. Friends may call at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home afternoon Wednesday.
