COOK, Glenn H. - Putnam

LaPorte – Glenn H. Cook, 92, of 203 W. 12th St, died at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday in Fountainview Terrace.  There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place. Haverstock Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.  Mr. Cook was a retired baker from Kroger.  He was born April 15, 1896 in Greencastle, Ind. On May 20, 1925, he married Eva Jean Herod who died August 5, 1982.  Surviving is a brother-in-law, CD Herod of LaPorte.  He was a life member of the Boaz Lodge 850 F&AM, Louisville, Ky. - kbz
