Mrs. Adrian Cook, 31, died at her home on the Black Farm just east of Greencastle at 2 o’clock this morning as the result of blood poisoning. Mrs. Cook had been a life resident of Putnam county, having been born near Mt Meridian in 1880. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thack McGill, both of whom are now deceased. On November 7, 1907 , she was united in marriage to Theodore Adrian Cook.. Five children were born- to this union. They are Josephine Cook, 12; Allen Cook, 10; Elsie Cook, 9; Verne Cook, 7; and Martha Cook, 5. Besides the husband others who survive are: Mrs. Maud Ash, Greencastle,. Sister; Edith Swift, Greencastle, sister; Edward Mann, Greencastle, half brother, and Frank McGill, half brother. Funeral services were held in the home Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock. Interment was made in the Mt. Pleasant cemetery. - kbz
