CONNER, Oliver G. - Putnam

Word was received here of the death of Oliver G. Conner, 79 of Indianapolis. Mr. Conner lived most of his life in Russellville and was employed 37 years on a railroad bridge gang. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Alfredia Conner of Indianapolis; two daughters, Mrs. Martha Strong of Corpus Christi, Tx and mrs. JoAnn Emanuel of Avon and a stepdaughter, Mrs. Betty Lou Luzader of Lafayette. Rev. DeNeal of Waveland officiated at services conducted in McGaughey & Son Funeral Home on April 10. Burial was in Ebern Cemetery. (This is Hebron I believe).
