COLLIVER, Judge Presly O. - Putnam

Judge Presly O. Colliver, died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Randel in Terre Haute. He would have been 83, May 11th. He was the son of Samuel Colliver. Dr. Richard Thomson Colliver of Bainbridge was a brother. He presided over the Putnam-Clay Circuit Court from 1902-1906 and was a prosecuting attorney before that. Mrs. Clyde Randel and Mrs. R. D.Windler of Vincennes were his daughters. The funeral was held at Terre Haute Friday afternoon, with burial at Forest Hill cemetery.   --- thanks so very much to Marilyn Walker who is sharing her RT obituaries :)
