Putnamville News - A large number of relatives and friends attended the funeral of Mr. WS Collins Friday afternoon. In his death the community lost an energetic neighbor and friend.

William S. Collins, 84, of Putnamville died Wednesday morning. He was the son of William G. and Marian Jane Collins, he was born at Sulphur Springs, Kentucky. He married twice. He leaves the following children: Mrs. C.C. Collins, Roachdale; Orville Collins, Putnamville, Harry Collins of Greencastle, Neva Mansur, Inglewood, California, Mrs. C.A. McKay, Binghampton, NY, Mrs. Lillian Hepler, Brazil, Mrs. Walter Lucas, Putnamville and Walter Collins, Mt. Clements, Michigan.
