In a verdict read in open court yesterday morning, the jury held for Mrs. Anna Atkinson, in her cross-complaint in the suit filed by John Coleman against the Women's International Union Label League. The decisin of the jurors was reached at 12 o'clock Friday night and it was sealed to await the opening of court yesterday.

A $100 burial benefit in the defendant organization, carried by Myrtle Coleman was at stake in the action.  John and Myrtle Coleman, former husband and wife,  had been divorced prior to her death and about one week before she died, she caused her sister, Anna Atkinson with whom she was then living to be made beneficiary instead of her former husband. Another similar suit in which the sum of $200 forms the basis of contention is still pending.
