J. W. Cole on Friday morning last received a telegram announcing the death of his sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Hutton at Atlantic, Iowa. That evening scarcely more than 8 hours after the first death of a niece, Miss Laura Cole, daughter of RS Cole at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.

Mr. J.W. Cole received two
telegrams giving sad news on Friday. The first announced the death of his
sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Sutton in Iowa and the second, received a few hours
later, announced the death of his niece, Miss Laura Cole at Mt. Pleasant, Iowa.
