D. J. Clodfelter
Funeral services for Darrel Jay Clodfelter of Indianapolis, whom the family was informed Jan, 16 was killed Jan. 12 in Vietnam, are set for 1 p.m. Monday at Forest Manor United Methodist Church, 4062 E, 34th St., Indianapolis.
Burial will be in the Hebron Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Sunday at Harry Moore Arlington Chapel, 5811 E. 38th St., Indianapolis. The family announces friends may give to the Darrell Clodfelter Memorial Fund, Forest Manor Church.
Pfc. Clodfelter, an Arlington High School graduate, was a son of Donald and Wilma Rutledge Clodfelter of 4738 E. 34th St., Indianapolis, and a grandson of Mrs. Grace Rutledge of Russellville. Two sisters, Diane and Denise Clodfelter, and a brother, Dean Clodfelter, also
survive at Indianapolis.

Grandson Of Area Woman Dies In Viet Nam
RUSSELLVILLE-Word was received Saturday morning that Army Pfc. Darrell James Clodfelter, grandson of Mrs. Grace Rutledge of Russellville, has been killed in Vietnam.
He was born July 12, 1950, at Indianapolis, to Donald and Wilma Rutledge Clodfelter. The parents reside at 4738 E. 34th St., Indianapolis.
Other survivors include a brother, Dean, and two sisters, Diana and Denise, all at home.
Pfc. Clodfelter was a graduate of Arlington High School.
He entered the service Jan. 15, 1970, and left for Vietnam in July. He was with the 101st Airborn Division of the 506th Infantry.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
