Mrs. Dorcas Elizabeth Cline of Coatesville passed away at the Ruark Nursing Home Wednesday evening.  Mrs. Cline was 97 on April 16 and was Coatesvilleā€™s oldest resident. She was seriously injured in the Coatesville tornado and had never regained her health.  She became seriously ill last April after a fall in her home which broke her hip and has been confined to her bed since.  Mrs. Cline was born in Putnam County and had spent her entire life in Putnam and Hendricks counties. Her husband, Dilas Cline, preceded her in death in 1926 and a son, Frank passed away in 1930.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Burl Leisure, Coatesville; two sons, Herschel V. Cline, Coatesville and Herman Cline, Brownsburg; two grandsons, Walter W. DePew, Greencastle and Reese Cline, Danville; one sister, Mrs. Maude Reeves, Indianapolis and three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other relatives.  Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. DST from the Powell Funeral Home in Coatesville.  Rev. Jim Ward, pastor of the Coatesville Methodist Church will be in charge. Interment will be in the Stilesville cemetery.  Friends may call at the Powell Funeral Home Coatesville. - kbz
