CLARK, Grace Dean - Putnam

North Salem, Ind – Services for Grace Dean Clark, 87, a long time north Salem area resident, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Weaver Funeral Home, Danville, with calling from 3 – 8 p.m. today. She died Monday in a nursing home in Danville, Ind.  A native of Putnam County, she lived near North Salem most of her life. She attended the former Central Normal College in Danville and had been a teacher many year sin New Maysville and Barnard schools in Putnam County. She was a member of New Winchester Christian Church where she had been a Sunday School teacher and member of its ladies aid society. She also was a member of North Marion Club. She was the widow of Carlos H. Clark. Survivors: son, Richard H. Clark; daughter, Anita Rody; sister, Inez Moreland; six grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren. – kbz
