She united with the Christian Church many years ago and had always led a Christian life.

A precious one from us is gone,
A voice we loved is stilled.

A place is vacant in our home,

Which never can be filled.

God in his mercy hath recalled,
The bloom the life has given,

And although the body molders here,

The soul is safe in heaven.

The funeral services were conducted at the house by Elder Brown, burial at Fillmore Cemetery.
