CARTER, Louise - Putnam

Services for Louise W. Carter, 76, Indianapolis will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Trinity Episcopal Church of which she was a member. Friends may call an hour prior to services at the church. She died Tuesday in Methodist Hospital. Born at Greencastle, she lived in Indianapolis 50 years and was a nurse at Methodist Hospital. The widow of Fredrick Carter, she was a member of the Children’s Bureau, Indianapolis Museum of Art and a graduate of the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. Survivors include a sister, Mary W. Young. Memorial contributions may be made to the church. – kbz
