CARRINGTON - Jean - Putnam

Mrs. Jean Marie Carrington 45, died at 11 p.m. Saturday at Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville following a long illness. She was born Sept. 14, 1921, a daughter of Charles R. and Bessie Humpston Ray. She was a member of the United Church of Christ in Russellville. Surviving are her husband, Leo; her mother, Mrs. Bessie Ray of Ladoga; a daughter, Mrs. Sharon Reid of Stanford, Conn.; a son, Rick at home; two brothers, Robert and Charles of Crawfordsville and two sisters, Mrs. Joan McCellan and Mrs. Betty Dorsey of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the United Church of Christ with Rev. J. J. Saalwaechter officiating. Burial will be in Russellville Cemetery.
