CANNON, John F. - Putnam

John F. Cannon, 63, died at his home in Greencastle, from a heart affection. Mr. Cannon was the head of the J.F. Cannon and Co., Clothing concern of Greencastle since 1891. He was the director of the 1st Citizens Bank of Greencastle. Leader of the Rotary club from the its inception. Born in Greencastle, the son of Frank and Catherine Carr Cannon. He was a grad of Greencastle High School. Surviving are the widow, a daughter Mrs. Rodman Foxx, of Easton, Pa., two sisters, Miss Anne Cannon of Gary and Sister Teresa Cannan of St. Mary's of the Woods, and two brothers; James and Frank Cannon. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul's Catholic church in Greencastle, Friday morning at 9 O'clock.
