Administrative Sale of Real Estate  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, as Administrator of the estate of James A. Call, deceased, will sell at public auction on the premises in Marion Township, Putnam County Indiana on Saturday Nov 25th 1865 the following described real estate towit: Lots number 19, 20, 21 in the town of Fillmore in said township and also part of the east half of the NW quarter of Sec 9, Twp 14, Rg 3W, commencing at the SW corner of Lot Number 19 in said town, running thence south or nearly so to the line of land formerly owned by NS Straughn, thence east 112’ on said line, thence north to the south line of said town, thence west on said line 112’ to the place of beginning – subject to the interest of the widow of said deceased therein – that the same will be sold for half cash in hand and the residue in 4 months, the purchaser executing his note with approved security, waiving valuation and appraisement laws.
