Everett V. Call, 88, formerly of Ladoga died early Tuesday morning in Home Hospital in Lafayette. He had been in failing health for a year. For the past few years he has made his home with a daughter, Mrs. T.A. Holder of Lafayette. Hew as born Sept 25, 1881, to Putnam County. He married Gertie Pearl Jeffries on November 1, 1903. She died on March 1, 1968. Mr. Call was a member of the Ladoga Christian Church. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. CW Morris of Boswell and Mrs. Holder; a sister, Miss Beulah Call of Nampa, idaho; four grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Services will be conducted by Rev. Ray Britton at 2 p.m. Thursday at Gephart Funeral Home here. Burial will be in Roachdale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.
