BUIS, Elbert Otho - Putnam

E(lbert) Otho Buis, 73 years old, died yesterday in his home at Stilesville.  Mr. Buis, a lifelong Stilesville resident worked at the former Atkins Saw Company in Indianapolis about 15 years before his retirement.  He was a member of Stilesville Christian Church. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the church.  Burial will be in Stilesville Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Flanner and Buchanan Hall Mortuary at Plainfield. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Cleo Buis; four sons: Irvin, James, Howard and Robert Buis, all of Stilesville; three daughters, Mrs. Geraldine Meadows; Mrs. Irene Campbell and Mrs. Mary Lou Sellers, all of Indianapolis; a brother, Everett Buis of Coatesville and 13 grandchildren. - kbz
