BUIS, Edgar Reese - Putnam

Edgar Reese Buis, 61 years old, 521 North Riley Avenue, a resident of Indianapolis for 33 years died yesterday in Gaylor Nickol Clinic at Bluffton.  Mr. Buis was born near Fillmore.  He had been employed by the Colonial Furniture Company and Peoples Furniture Company.  He was a member of the Linwood Christian Church, Sahara Grotto and the Cast, Irvington Masonic Lodge and Irvington Chapter, Order of Eastern Star and was a past royal patron of Golden Link Amaranth.  Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Frances Buis; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Ray of Indianapolis; a brother, Cecil Buis of New Winchester and two grandchildren. – kbz
