Funeral services for Mrs. Annabelle Buis, who died at her home near Crawfordsville Thursday morning, were held Friday afternoon in Blakesburg cemetery, near Parkersburg. She had been ill about a month and was attributed to the infirmities of age. Mrs. Buis was born at Parkersburg, June 6, 1883, the daughter of William and Nancy J. Rogers, and was first married to Preston Fosher of Fincastle, following his death she was then married to William L. Buis, who also preceded her in death. She was a member of the Universlist church of Fincastle. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Nora Smithson of New York City and a brother, Otti Rogers of Crawfordsville.
